I liked his easy explanation of how to induce a self hypnotic state to unlock our most protected brain space the subconscious. I used these techniques to help me through some hard times in my businesses, and it helped me to manifest quickly ( change my reality field ). This book is the one you read after reading his Alpha book and his Theta book. You really need to start in Alpha and then Theta to get to Delta, be careful what you ask for then prepare for sudden change.

Excellent! Recorded the script and went to Delta on the first try! It really feels like the place where all possibilities really ARE possible, and it REALLY feels GOOD!
I had a lot of experience with Theta, years back, which is why i was probably able to get it on the first shot, but i would ignore the author's time-frames of achieving these levels, because everyone is different, and buying into that could just drag it out for you!
